Get up for an hour.
1. do some a chore that is over and over again
like what do you do in the day… that is done many small times
like putting cd’s back in cases
like dusting with a rag cd’s
like piling cd’s according to the alphabet
like arranging in the right directions.
then…. do this.. in the state you’re in as you can’t sleep… don’t think it’s day but it’s night… it’s nice for your body to move a bit….. you may have less pain tomorrow…. but again stay in that state of night time.. your can’t sleep for awhile… a do the chores… and then when it starts to get confusing, or you slow down…. or you think of your bed.. with part of your thinking… go back to bed…
