where you can follow me on my journal providing peer support in mental health, my advocacy work with it, and my works in writing. I have published a number of books, ones of poetry, and couple self help books in helping with mental health. I started my own Comfort & Care project that helps provide support for patients dealing with their mental health at our local hospital. The project helps provide music, pizza, and creative books for coping with their stay. One of the amazing things is each year with the help of the community we do annual talent coffee house show. It has been a successful event. It’s been happening at the Owen Sound Hospital six years in a row now. The event is brought together by the Patient Advisory Committee with Grey Bruce Health Services and has been supported with funds by The Community Foundation and Her Grey Bruce
